Shipping and Refund policy

Rhoda Design Group is committed to excellent customer service and high standards of product quality. We value your business and hope to enjoy a long term relationship with you.


  • Sanitation practices are implemented during Covid-19 for all orders.  
  • A buyer can cancel an order within 30 minutes of purchase if the order has not been marked as shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive tracking and delivery confirmation by email.
  • The package will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping days and times are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MST.
  • If the package is reported lost in shipping, the necessary steps to resolve the issue to compensate the buyer will be implemented.
If a buyer requests a return, an email must be sent with these details:
  • Item
  • Quantity
  • Order number
  • Date
  • Reason for the request
The return will be accepted for an unused, damaged in shipping or wrong unused shipped product within 30 days of the order.
The shipping costs and product cost will be refunded.
