Shipping and Refund policy

Rhoda Design Group is committed to excellent customer service and high standards of product quality. We value your business and hope to enjoy a long term relationship with you.

Shipping

  • Once an order is marked as shipped we will email an update to the buyer on its status.  
  • A buyer can cancel an order within 30 minutes of purchase if the order has not been marked as shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive tracking and delivery confirmation by email.
  • The package will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping days and times are Monday through Friday,    9am to 5pm MST.
  • Domestic orders will arrive no more than 10 days after the order has been placed.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for International orders; If an order is held in customs allow 4-6 weeks. 
  • If the package is reported that it was lost in shipping, the order will be shipped again at no cost to the buyer.
Returns
If a buyer requests a return, an email must be sent with these details:
  • Item
  • Quantity
  • Order number
  • Date
  • Reason for the request
The return will be accepted for a new or unused product within 30 days of the order.
The shipping costs and product cost will be refunded.
If the return is due to: 
  • The product didn't arrive by the specified date.
  • The product was significantly different than described. For example, the order was for a pink pearl necklace and the buyer received a rust pearl necklace.
  • The item was damaged during shipping. 
  • The product is missing major parts that were mentioned in the product listing. 
  • The product was described as new but arrived used.
