Shipping

 

    • Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, provided they have not yet been marked as shipped.
    • Orders are shipped within three business days. Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
    • Once your order has shipped, tracking information and delivery confirmation will be sent by email.
    • If your package is reported lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure an appropriate resolution.
Returns
If a buyer requests a return, an email must be sent with these details:
  • Item
  • Quantity
  • Order number
  • Date
  • Reason for the request
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items, products damaged during shipping, or incorrect unused items.
For eligible returns, the product price and shipping costs will be refunded only if the product is unused.
