Shipping and Refund policy
Rhoda Design Group is committed to excellent customer service and high standards of product quality. We value your business and hope to enjoy a long term relationship with you.
- Once an order is marked as shipped we will email an update to the buyer on its status.
- A buyer can cancel an order within 30 minutes of purchase if the order has not been marked as shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive tracking and delivery confirmation by email.
- The package will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping days and times are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm MST.
- Domestic orders will arrive no more than 10 days after the order has been placed.
- Allow 2-3 weeks for International orders; If an order is held in customs allow 4-6 weeks.
- If the package is reported that it was lost in shipping, the order will be shipped again at no cost to the buyer.
If a buyer requests a return, an email must be sent with these details:
Reason for the request
The return will be accepted for a new or unused product within 30 days of the order.
The shipping costs and product cost will be refunded.
If the return is due to:
The product didn't arrive by the specified date.
The product was significantly different than described. For example, the order was for a pink pearl necklace and the buyer received a rust pearl necklace.
The item was damaged during shipping.
The product is missing major parts that were mentioned in the product listing.
The product was described as new but arrived used.
