As I take a deep breath and reflect on the past 21 years, I exhale with profound gratitude for the extraordinary journey of serving women in leadership.
I still remember the excitement I felt meeting with each woman, listening to her vision and discovering what she wanted her makeup, wardrobe, and image to communicate about who she was and where she was going.
But I wasn’t simply listening to her words. I was listening with my heart.
I wanted to uncover the singular quality that made her her; the essence that would allow her to feel seen, confident, and beautifully aligned with the message she was ready to share with the world.
Through vision, artistry, and thoughtful attention to detail, I have had the privilege of bringing those visions to life.
From TED Talk stages and magazine covers to book covers, headshots, on-camera appearances, and milestone events, I have watched women step forward looking and feeling more authentically like themselves.
And that has always been the greatest reward.
I am deeply honored by every woman who has entrusted me with such an intimate part of her story. Because creating an image is never simply about selecting the right color, wardrobe, or makeup. It is about creating harmony between who you are within and how you express that beauty to the world.
Over the years, I have discovered something even more meaningful: when a woman feels authentically aligned with her image, she gives herself permission to show up more fully. In doing so, she can inspire others to explore what may be possible within themselves.
That is where the joy, hope, and passion live for me.
Today, I find myself at the threshold of a new chapter, one that feels both beautifully familiar and entirely new.
This is The Quiet Return.
It is not a return to the past, but a return to essence: to artistry, intention, and the enduring belief that a woman’s presence should never compete with her expertise, it should quietly amplify it.
The Quiet Return honors the foundation built over 21 years while creating space for what is still unfolding. It brings together executive presence, color harmony, and wellness rituals to support women as they evolve, lead, and become more fully themselves.
My next chapter is rooted in innovation and artistry and in inspiring women to create a signature presence that reflects not only who they are today, but who they are becoming.
After 21 years as an Image Brand Strategist, Makeup Artist, Product Creator, and visionary behind Rhoda Design Group, I am honored to share this next expression of my work.
I invite you to experience the highlights of this remarkable 21-year journey with me.
And perhaps, as you watch, you will recognize something of your own journey; the wisdom you have gathered, the vision still calling you forward, and the woman you are quietly becoming.
Here’s to The Quiet Return and to the extraordinary beauty of becoming more fully who you have always been.
