How to Use: Our Hydrating Toner is the 2nd Morning Skin Care Step/ 3rd Evening Skin Care: Apply toner to a cotton pad and sweep across the skin. Use after the Gentle Glycolic Cleanser to remove debris and restore ph balance. Avoid the eye area.

It is a refreshing and essential step for the serums and moisturizers to penetrate and receive their optimal benefits.
